Full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked.
What it covers
Every SimplePaperwork purchase: name change kits and legal forms, for any reason, within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, purchases are not refundable.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from the address on your order and include the order number from your receipt. You do not need to explain why.
How you get the money back
The refund goes back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, for the full amount. Your bank decides when it appears on your statement.
Government fees
Fees you pay directly to an agency, such as a license fee or a certified copy of a record, are paid to that agency, not to us, and only that agency can refund them.
