The service
SimplePaperwork publishes free guides to public forms and official steps, and sells documents filled in from your answers: a name change kit ($34.95 per state) and legal forms ($9.95 each). Prices are shown before you pay and are charged once, in US dollars.
SimplePaperwork is operated by Midbyte Tec., and these terms are an agreement between you and Midbyte Tec. Payments are processed by Stripe, and your card statement shows MIDBYTE* SIMPLEPAPER.

SimplePaperwork is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. Read the legal disclaimer. You decide whether a document fits your situation, and you are responsible for reviewing, signing and filing it.
Accuracy
Each fact shows its official source and the date we checked it. Rules can change between checks; the official page linked next to each fact is the final word.
Purchases and refunds
Full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. See the refund policy. Your order link lets you open and edit your documents again.
Fair use
Documents you buy are for your own use. Do not resell them, copy the site’s content in bulk or try to disrupt the service.
